Assign an expert & experienced appraiser to the project

Step 4
Appraiser schedules inspection of the property with the contact person

Step 5:
Internal project research with comparable land sales, rental properties, building sales; interviews with local bankers, realtors, investors and assessors

Step 6:
Research compiled in office

Step 7:
Generate report

Step 8:
Internal review and QA of report

Step 9:
Deliver completed report
